Take Action, Not Reaction! Get involved with the Bramshott & Liphook Neighbourhood Development Plan!

We want more members of our community to become involved as Steering Group or Working Party members for the Bramshott & Liphook NDP, to help with the next exciting phase of activity!

In line with advice from EHDC, our lead planning authority, the NDP has just carried out its own Call for Sites, to ensure opportunity was given for further submission of sites/property and to encourage smaller sites/property to come forward. The Call for Sites closed on 10th October and additional sites have been submitted.

All these sites will now be looked at in more detail to prepare for submission to our consultants appointed by Locality for the Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA), Habitats Regulations Assessment (HRA), and further Site Options & Assessment assistance. These assessments will provide an unbiased, detailed assessment of sites and property to assist the NDP with considering land/property for allocation.

Call for Sites – deadline fast approaching

The NDP Call for Sites deadline is fast approaching!

Even if you have submitted sites to East Hampshire District Council previously, you still need to submit to the NDP.

The Bramshott & Liphook NDP ‘Call for Sites’ ends tomorrow 10th October and is calling for land and property within the Parish that could be available for development.

‘Sites’ includes land and property such as individual buildings, buildings and their surrounding curtilage, brownfield sites, greenfield land, and sites consisting of a mixture of the above.

‘Development’ includes land and property that could be used for community uses such as social facilities, employment, commercial, housing, public services, and sports and recreation etc..

This information will inform future work on the Neighbourhood Development Plan and will assist with identifying where new development could be located within the parish.

Owners/promoters who wish to suggest a potential site or property that they feel can make a positive contribution to the overall future development of Bramshott & Liphook Parish, can submit their sites to the B&L NDP until 10th October 2019!
