Bramshott & Liphook Neighbourhood Development Plan
‘Call for Sites’ live until 10th October 2019!
The Bramshott & Liphook NDP ‘Call for Sites’ is currently live, and is calling for land and property within the Parish that could be available for development.
‘Sites’ includes land and property such as individual buildings, buildings and their surrounding curtilage, brownfield sites, greenfield land, and sites consisting of a mixture of the above.
‘Development’ includes land and property that could be used for community uses such as social facilities, employment, commercial, housing, public services, and sports and recreation etc..
This information will inform future work on the Neighbourhood Development Plan and will assist with identifying where new development could be located within the parish. Owners/promoters who wish to suggest a potential site or property that they feel can make a positive contribution to the overall future development of Bramshott & Liphook Parish, can submit their sites to the B&L NDP until 10th October 2019
