Bramshott & Liphook Neighbourhood Development Plan – ‘Call for Sites’

East Hampshire District Council, in consultation with the South Downs National Park Authority, has recently completed its screening determination for the Bramshott & Liphook Neighbourhood Development Plan (B&L NDP), confirming that the B&L NDP will need to undertake a Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) and a Habitats Regulations Assessment (HRA).

As part of the SEA process, the B&L NDP needs to carry out its own formal ‘Call for Sites’ for land and property within the whole Parish, in particular with a focus on property that has not been previously issued to EHDC and SDNPA during their Call for Sites.

This information will inform future work on the Neighbourhood Development Plan and will assist with identifying where new development could be located.

If you wish to suggest a potential site/property and feel that it may make a positive contribution to the overall future development of the parish of Bramshott & Liphook, please download the Pro Forma, or obtain a hard copy from the Parish Council Haskell Centre on Midhurst Road, Liphook, and return within the 4 weeks consultation period by:

10 October 2019.
